Support the Australian Conflicts team by performing conflict checks, opening matters, maintaining register entries, researching client ownership structures, managing information barriers globally, and assisting with intake projects and administrative tasks.

Manage and advise on conflicts of interest globally, liaise with partners and practice heads, ensure compliance with sanctions and AML obligations, and review and draft conflict provisions in engagement letters, policies and client agreements. Support firm strategy by assessing new instructions for professional obligations and commercial fit.

Provide cross-border M&A and corporate advice, draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and transaction project management, build client relationships, support business development, and leverage knowledge and digital legal delivery tools to improve efficiency.
