Sell vehicles by building customer rapport, identifying needs, demonstrating products, managing test drives, explaining financing options, completing deals under sales manager direction, and following up with prospects and existing customers. The role includes paid training, base salary plus commission, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
