Directs and supervises municipal public works projects covering fleet maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, litter control, inventory, water distribution, and construction. Manages personnel, assignments, equipment, materials, project budgets, procedures, safety compliance, inspections, schedules, and performance. Coordinates with municipal officials, contractors, agencies, employees, and the public. Requires extensive water utility and supervisory experience, an ADEM Grade 2 Water Operator certification, and after-hours on-call availability.
