Manage lateral and campus attorney recruitment and the summer associate program for the Chicago office. Lead orientation, mentoring, associate integration, work assignments, and associate events. Partner with global HR on talent assessment, learning and development, wellness, and firmwide HR initiatives. Manage high-volume attorney billing for a large law firm: compile and process bills, edit pre-bills, apply retainers, process write-offs, prepare complex and electronic invoices, resolve billing inquiries, create schedules and reports, support collections, attend partner meetings, maintain documentation confidentiality, and assist with special projects and backups.

Lead the firms legal directories strategy and submissions across Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR and others. Manage annual calendar, draft matter narratives, coordinate referee outreach and researcher interviews, build a centralized matter database, track rankings, and advise/train partners and CDE colleagues to improve rankings and visibility.
