Leads the organization’s IT function, supervises technical support staff, manages help desk operations, budgets, vendors, policies, and IT projects. Administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, Intune, and PowerShell environments while overseeing cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, networks, devices, and asset inventory. Provides escalated technical support, advises leadership, and travels frequently across Maine and New Hampshire for on-site support.
