Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities in the Toronto area through high-volume prospecting, email campaigns, calls, research, and CRM management. Generates and qualifies high-potential sales opportunities for Mirego’s digital services. Requires strong back-end development and software architecture expertise, hands-on AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions experience, and professional fluency in English and French.

Leads projects from prototyping through production, implementing monitoring, cost management, security, and reliability measures. Collaborates with design, engineering, and product teams, communicates AI capabilities to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, evaluates models and frameworks, and shares knowledge through coaching and code reviews.

The Financial Controller oversees accurate, reliable financial reporting and continuous finance-process improvement. Responsibilities include profitability, cost, margin, KPI, dashboard, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance, and pricing analyses. The role administers financial systems, leads technology and AI-driven automation projects, supports contract and legal compliance, and mentors the finance team. The successful candidate will help leadership make strategic decisions and may eventually assume broader finance responsibilities.
