Serve as the technical liaison to Chinese OEMs across EMEA, translating customer needs into product improvements and approvals. Lead/support customer projects, quality investigations, product launches, technology transfer, and program management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance with R&D, prepare stakeholder reports, and enable information flow between Europe and Asia.

Drive new business and market expansion for coil coatings by targeting accounts, securing specifications, and managing full sales cycle. Build senior relationships across the value chain, lead technical customer engagements and trials, deliver customer insights to cross-functional teams, and manage pipeline, forecasting, and profitability with Salesforce.

Develop and execute OEM color marketing strategy for China, manage color development targets, monitor color trends, liaise with customer color experts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver approved color solutions.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document interactions in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, and drive revenue, profitability, and retention while traveling up to 50%.

Manage day-to-day master data lifecycle (create/update/obsolete/reactivate) across systems, validate and test data changes, handle business requests within SLAs, support data quality/cleansing, interact with stakeholders, mentor team members, and participate in cross-team projects and shift-based operations.

Manage and retain assigned accounts in the Automotive Refinish market. Build relationships, execute account plans, document activity in Salesforce, support paint conversions, coordinate resources, and meet regional revenue, profitability, and retention goals. Remote role covering Ohio with up to 50% travel.

Work with tower leaders, key users and SMEs to gather and validate process data across sites; perform preload and post-load data QA; resolve defects with cross-functional teams; ensure E2E data quality for tool adoption; validate parameter tuning; understand global template design and deliver plant/network-level information.
