Manages distribution requirements planning, inventory levels, safety stocks, transport requirements, and customer order fulfillment across Axalta’s North American network. Analyzes SAP and OMP data, develops supply chain metrics and reports, redirects inventory, supports production and sourcing plans, and identifies process improvements to maintain service levels and inventory health. Responsibilities include pricing, category management, compliance, market intelligence, product changes, labeling, packaging, sales enablement, and promotional content. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, communication, project delivery, and organizational skills.

Lead site quality initiatives by executing CAPA, audits, root-cause analyses (5 Why, 8D, FTA), FMEA and control plans; apply advanced statistics, process automation, and predictive quality modeling; maintain QMS/ISO9001 documentation, mentor junior staff, and support sampling and inspection activities to improve product quality.

Develops new Industrial OEM business in farm and construction equipment manufacturing for Axalta’s coatings portfolio. Builds customer relationships, maps markets, wins new business, coordinates cross-functional projects, conducts product trials, secures OEM approvals, organizes vendor training and audits, and supports technical troubleshooting. Requires extensive travel and collaboration with technology, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Develops industrial coatings markets and customer relationships, identifies new accounts and applications, manages business opportunities through commercialization, and supports segment growth plans. Collaborates with sales, technical, R&D, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams on customer solutions, product launches, trials, and supply readiness. Conducts market research, competitive intelligence, business case development, and strategic partnership evaluation.
