Leads all human resources functions for an onsite manufacturing facility, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, leave administration, performance management, workforce planning, safety support, HR reporting, and employee engagement. Advises managers and employees, maintains HRIS and personnel records, administers policies and employment laws, and supports retention, compensation, succession planning, and organizational initiatives.
