Review, research, reconcile, and resolve customer payment deductions. Validate deduction accuracy, obtain supporting documentation, coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales, recover invalid deductions, ensure valid credits, and communicate with internal teams and customers.

Provide administrative support to Sales by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (using Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), rebate accruals, customer P&Ls, and damage tracking. Coordinate with Accounting, Marketing, Transportation, Purchasing, Order Entry, and Warehouse/Receiving; compile meeting materials and cover front desk when needed.
