Lead fundraising and donor engagement: write proposals and concept notes, research and target funders, manage donor stewardship and reporting, and maintain an RFP and funding pipeline to secure resources for program scale. Coordinate across program and country teams and prepare senior leaders for funder interactions.

Serve as a senior advisor to expand and diversify Jacaranda Health's funder network across foundations, bilaterals, multilaterals, G2G, big‑bet and corporate channels. Identify priority funding channels, make targeted introductions, scope promising opportunities, craft funder narratives and action plans, and provide ongoing strategic advisory support to internal development and country expansion teams.
