Manage and grow a business loan and deposit portfolio (typically $40M+), solicit new clients, cross-sell bank products, analyze credit and financial information, handle loan interviews and approvals within authority, manage cash management implementations, maintain regulatory and special-program knowledge (SBA, PPP, FHLB, USDA), and participate in community networking to source referrals.
