Develops new commercial insurance business and manages client relationships, renewals, coverage reviews, risk analysis, claims reporting, policy documentation, and carrier underwriting interactions. The role creates sales and marketing strategies, recommends coverage options, cross-sells insurance products, reviews policies for accuracy, maintains client files, and ensures compliance with agency and carrier requirements. Requires strong commercial insurance knowledge, an appropriate state license, excellent communication and organizational skills, and at least three years of brokerage or sales experience.

Manages a business lending portfolio of at least $40 million while developing customer relationships, originating loans and deposits, analyzing credit and financial information, approving applications within lending authority, and supporting cash management services. Responsible for sales growth, cross-selling, portfolio quality, delinquency management, loan workouts, regulatory compliance, and knowledge of SBA, PPP, FHLB, and USDA lending programs. Represents the bank at networking, trade, and community events.
