Own and evolve GIRO’s Microsoft Fabric data and analytics platform. Responsibilities include designing data architecture and dimensional models, developing reliable ingestion and integration solutions with Python and PySpark, administering environments and capacity, and ensuring security, monitoring, performance, deployment, continuity, and cost optimization. The role also supports Power BI, translates business needs into data solutions, and advises internal teams and external partners.

Define and evolve GIRO’s AI architecture, platforms, infrastructure, and integration standards for secure, scalable agentic solutions. Establish frameworks for multi-agent systems, orchestration, context, memory, RAG, governance, observability, AIOps, and AI FinOps. Guide teams in evaluating, deploying, operating, and improving AI solutions while supporting technology strategy, security, cost control, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Develop and maintain resilient build environments and pipelines for GIRO product releases. Diagnose build failures, resolve hardware and workload-distribution issues, improve validation tools, manage Git repositories and branches, and collaborate with development, platform, security, legal, and IT teams. Provide release-status updates, promote DevOps best practices, implement pipelines, and drive continuous process improvements across Windows and SQL-based environments.

Contribute to developing an internal cutover planning tool for production rollouts. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture and UX design, full-stack feature development, AI-assisted programming, integrations, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, demonstrations, and refinements. The role requires a solid programming foundation, application development knowledge, interest in user interfaces and services, French communication skills, and at least two completed years of a relevant bachelor’s degree.
