Maintain proposal intranet (Dynamics O365/SharePoint), manage filing systems, conduct research, translate documents, prepare corporate/administrative sections, and handle routine RFI/RFQ tasks and renewal letters using templates and proposal tools.

Lead strategic business development for GIRO's paratransit and fixed-route transit lines by identifying market opportunities, building executive relationships, defining product positioning, supporting sales pursuits, and representing GIRO at industry events to advance long-term growth in public transit and emerging mobility markets.

Plan, lead, and control software implementation projects from initiation to closure. Manage budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, resources, change requests, documentation, and team coordination while ensuring delivery and client satisfaction.
