Greet and assist customers as the dealership's front-line contact, answer and route calls via switchboard, coordinate with departments to resolve inquiries, provide administrative support, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Handle incoming service appointment calls and internet leads, schedule and confirm service appointments, follow up on missed or pending appointments, and coordinate requests with dealership department managers. Maintain records and adhere to company policies.
