Learn and perform the automotive sales process, including building customer relationships, presenting Mazda vehicles, conducting demonstrations and test drives, identifying customer needs, negotiating, supporting vehicle delivery, and learning automotive finance. The trainee receives paid training, coaching, and product development while working toward sales and future leadership opportunities.

Sell vehicles by building trust, understanding customer needs, guiding buyers through the purchase process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The employer provides paid training in automotive products, sales processes, technology, and dealership operations. Automotive experience is not required; success in relationship-driven fields such as hospitality, sales, banking, customer service, retail, real estate, recruiting, or fitness is valued.
