Lead the software engineering team’s daily operations, technical direction, architecture, reliability, planning, delivery, hiring, and leadership development. Close lighthouse enterprise deals (convenience retail), build scalable sales playbooks, hire and develop the sales team, own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets, and partner with founders to support Series A fundraising and expansion.
