Greet and assist customers, manage inbound switchboard calls and route inquiries, coordinate with dealership departments, provide administrative support, handle multiple tasks and interruptions, and maintain company policies and safety standards.

Receive, process, and coordinate incoming sales inquiries from phone, showroom, and internet. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and leads, contact unsold showroom traffic, track sold vehicles and hot sheets, work internet sales leads, and collaborate with dealership department managers.
