Manage accounting functions for assigned construction projects, including vendor invoices, subcontractor contracts, change orders, compliance documents, owner billings, job-cost reporting, and budget-to-cost reconciliations. Support project teams with accounting questions, review job-cost details with project managers, and generate payroll, accounts receivable, contract-status, and job-cost reports. Occasional travel to project sites is required.

Maintain project documentation, support Primavera P6 scheduling, track costs and productivity, and liaise with USACE/NAVFAC, design partners, and field teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and compliant with federal requirements.

Lead VDC/BIM strategy and implementation across project life cycles, manage model coordination, integrate point clouds, create 2D/3D site logistics and 4D simulations, train project staff, track VDC metrics, and support safety and site coordination.

Manage all aspects of data center construction projects including safety leadership, cost control, schedule development, subcontractor oversight, quality control, contract negotiation, and field construction supervision to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Manage onboarding, paperwork, background/drug testing, training coordination, and communications with hiring managers. Support career fairs, internship programs, corporate training initiatives, director administrative tasks, and employee engagement activities.
