Lead and execute CPR's fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and events. Cultivate and solicit donors, oversee grant applications and reporting, manage CRM and fundraising metrics, supervise development staff, engage the Board, and drive revenue to support organizational growth.

Support full employee lifecycle: recruit, onboard, and offboard staff; maintain HRIS and employee records; administer benefits, leave, and payroll support; ensure compliance with employment laws; assist managers and employees with HR policies; support workforce planning, reporting, and HR process improvements.
