Serve as the site continuity lead for business systems and identity/access, ERP and IQMS support, vendor and carrier coordination, industrial VLAN oversight, licensing and endpoint management (Microsoft 365, Intune, Apple Business Manager), procurement support, and executive-ready decision briefs for multiple manufacturing sites.

Drive profitable revenue growth across assigned Western U.S. accounts for DuPont Healthcare Solutions Life Sciences division by developing new business, managing key accounts, forecasting, cross-selling, and coordinating with internal teams. Use Salesforce for pipeline management, support manufacturing transfers, negotiate contracts, attend trade shows, and provide market intelligence. Up to 50% travel.

Support product stewardship and regulatory compliance for materials across Spectrum sites. Maintain regulatory records, manage customer inquiries, guide project teams on design and certification requirements (e.g., UL, REACH, RoHS, EU MDR), perform risk and data analyses, and review quality documentation to ensure compliance with global standards.

Create and maintain detailed asset-level production schedules and tactical raw material plans. Coordinate between manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, and suppliers to ensure material availability, manage delivery and storage, resolve supply/demand imbalances, monitor production performance, and support inventory, quality, and order issue resolution.
