Hit high outbound KPIs, close sales, onboard clients, oversee guard hiring/training/scheduling, manage invoicing and payments, and coordinate with regional leadership to tailor security solutions and ensure service delivery.

Responsible for sourcing and closing new clients through inbound/outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, onboarding and developing sites, managing staffing and payroll tasks, meeting sales quotas, maintaining prospect database, collaborating with partners, and delivering online demos.
