Lead design and implement Core Java desktop applications, provide multithreaded solutions, analyze requirements, optimize existing designs, work hands-on with JNI/CORBA, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.

Deliver BASE24 architecture, design, and development on HP Tandem for ATM/POS. Provide module design (AUTH, DH, EMV, HISO, VISA/MC), develop in TAL/TACL/COBOL, integrate HSMs, troubleshoot ISO8583 messaging, and collaborate with users to define requirements and recommend solutions.

Design and develop EAI and BPM architectures using TIBCO technologies (AMX-BPM/iProcess). Prepare design documents, recommend end-to-end technical solutions, interact with cross-functional teams, guide technical leads and senior developers, and ensure enterprise integration best practices.

Deploy, configure, and operate ArcSight SIEM; develop queries, rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, and workflows; integrate log/event feeds and smart connectors; troubleshoot log-source and ArcSight platform issues; train the team on SIEM solutions.

Hands-on Full Stack .NET lead responsible for backend C#/.NET services and APIs, Angular front-end development, Web API, jQuery and WCF. Must currently be a lead managing a team of more than five members and provide strong hands-on technical leadership.
