Provide identity and access management support using SailPoint/BBS and related entitlement tools; administer Active Directory/LDAP, databases (Oracle/Sybase), Unix/Windows servers, and web/app servers. Use ServiceNow for ITSM, follow ITIL processes, perform scripting (Bash/Ksh/Perl/Python), and support banking/finance IT security operations. Mainframe DB2 tools are a plus.

Lead deployment and implementation of CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (v7–9) for large customers: gather requirements, design and architect the solution, perform compliance checks, produce alerts/reports, investigate and perform RCA for incidents, provide technical leadership, and administer Windows/VMware environments. Develop and customize WordPress themes, child themes, plugins and templates; implement responsive designs and custom post types; integrate APIs and shortcodes; secure installs; troubleshoot plugin conflicts; develop PHP/HTML for landing pages; work across DEV/QA/UAT/Production environments; and produce operational documentation.

Design and architect Pega solutions, lead Pega design and development, and migrate the platform from Pega5 to Pega7. Define class structures and overall architecture, integrate with middleware, implement Pega Smart Platform functionality (including disputes processing), and coordinate/mentor offshore junior and mid-level Pega developers.

Provide technical direction and leadership for architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions. Create and maintain technical specifications, lead systems integration, model logical data requirements, and ensure high-quality standards. Guide DR/BC planning, work across platforms (Windows/UNIX/Linux), databases (Oracle/SQL Server), front-end and SOA technologies, and collaborate across organizational levels.

Design, deploy, and administer Hadoop/Big Data platforms. Install, upgrade, patch, configure, and support Hadoop ecosystem components. Manage HDFS security and ACLs, backup and disaster recovery. Work with business teams to gather requirements, write technical documentation, and manage priorities and operational support.

Support and administer the OnBase document imaging system: manage file/folder structures, design forms, create and improve workflows, configure OCR scanning, develop reporting/dashboards, provide first-level support, maintain security roles/groups, analyze audit reports, and assist with business analysis, requirements documentation, and end-user training.

Architect and lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations: define solution architecture, integrate with backend systems, guide development teams, enforce best practices, ensure performance, upgrades, and successful deployments.
