Develop and grow Goodweek’s German MSP and distributor partner business. Responsibilities include prospecting, partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, onboarding, training, adoption, retention, expansion, pipeline forecasting, Salesforce management, first-line support, and gathering feedback for Product, Marketing, and activation teams. Build and scale the backend infrastructure powering Goodweek’s AI platform. Responsibilities include AI orchestration, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, data ingestion and export, context and token optimization, scalable APIs, security, observability, deployment automation, and testing. The role also contributes to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and engineering practices. Candidates need 5+ years with Node.js and TypeScript, backend architecture expertise, AI/ML integration experience, AWS, databases, authentication, CI/CD, and strong technical communication.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a secure, scalable digital product. Responsibilities include building maintainable components, contributing to architecture and technology decisions, ensuring performance and code quality, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting technical knowledge, and collaborating with product, engineering, and DevOps teams in agile cycles.

Track adoption milestones, customer engagement, blockers, and opportunities while sharing field feedback with Product and MIP teams.
