Provide excellent customer service to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Own and resolve customer issues, develop service procedures and satisfaction goals, document interactions, analyze customer data, support on-site team members, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Assist the Site Leader with daily car wash operations, staff training and coaching, safety and quality control, mechanical troubleshooting, cash handling, driving sales/memberships, and maintaining site appearance and brand standards.

Lead daily site operations to achieve sales and profit goals: hire, train, schedule, and coach staff; manage labor, expenses, supplies, equipment maintenance, safety, cash handling, KPIs, and customer service while maintaining brand and operational standards.
