Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients. Coordinate renewals, RFPs, carrier marketing, proposals, enrollments, plan changes, implementations, and policy updates. Prepare benefit presentations, guides, and enrollment materials; compare plans and rates; maintain Applied Epic records; and collaborate with Account Executives, carriers, and internal teams. Support client retention and identify opportunities to provide additional value while staying current on benefits products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Advise and manage midsize-to-large commercial clients through the full advisory lifecycle: assess exposures, prepare placement and renewal strategies, analyze loss trends and MOD, cultivate carrier relationships, grow revenue, and ensure retention through proactive service and collaboration with internal teams.

Build and maintain relationships with local individuals and families to sell personal lines insurance. Meet clients, secure carrier quotes, create proposals, onboard accounts, cross-sell where appropriate, and represent the agency at community events to generate referrals.

Manage and retain a commercial book of business: handle renewals, COI requests, endorsements, binders, and audits; analyze coverage, collaborate with underwriters, support claims, and identify sensible cross-sell opportunities while building client relationships.
