Maintain and improve Reconeyez platform reliability: monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents on an on-call rota, diagnose and resolve issues, build automation and IaC, manage containerized services, configure network services, improve observability (Grafana/Prometheus/OpenTelemetry), monitor PostgreSQL and security, and build developer-facing platform tooling.
