Operate within a Managed Security Services environment to perform incident response, vulnerability scanning and remediation oversight, manage security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, malware defenses), automate analysis and remediation, maintain policies and SOPs, provide training and audit support, and ensure SLAs are met.

Focus on network security, multi-OS environments, and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator operations across a global enterprise.

Administer user access and security controls, review audit trails and access violations, respond to help desk tickets, maintain security documentation and procedures, support business continuity and audits, provide technical support for systems and projects, and stay current on information security trends.

Design and implement security and firewall architectures; translate business requirements into technical solutions; provide engineering and operational support; perform packet analysis, firewall policy and ACL management, incident identification/remediation, ticketing (ITIL/CA USD), and PCI‑DSS compliance; optimize security controls and perform on‑call/after‑hours changes.
