Provides direct legal representation and case management for immigrants in affirmative benefits and removal defense matters. Handles USCIS, immigration court, BIA, federal appellate, and related state court proceedings; prepares applications, briefs, motions, and evidence; conducts consultations and community education; supervises support staff; maintains case records and grant reporting; and collaborates with nonprofit and community partners. Requires travel to courts, detention facilities, outreach events, and trainings, with occasional evening or weekend work.
