Leads the hospitality sales team, develops sales strategies and annual plans, manages budgets and expenses, monitors CRM and SOP compliance, builds relationships with convention and tourism partners, and drives convention business through trade shows, sales missions, promotions, site inspections, and client meetings. Oversees team performance, coordinates with marketing and department leaders, supports customer experience initiatives, and represents Visit Baltimore in the hospitality community.
