Manage full accounts payable function and support accounts receivable, grant billing, and month-end close. Process invoices, reconcile subledgers to the GL, maintain vendor records, prepare grant billings and 1099s, support audits and compliance, and serve as backup for cash transactions while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
