Lead operations for 10+ school-based before/after school and summer programs across Westchester County. Recruit, train, and coach site directors and staff; ensure OCFS compliance, staffing ratios, payroll, and program quality; drive enrollment growth; support new site launches and regional expansion through regular site visits and operational problem-solving.
