Editorial Interns copyedit manuscripts, proofread galleys and other publishing materials, and support projects through completion. They develop editorial judgment, accuracy, communication, and organizational skills while learning how a Christian publishing house operates. The role requires strong English-language skills, attention to detail, collaboration, computer proficiency, and alignment with the Bible and Tyndale’s Statement of Faith.

Supports digital channel campaigns and commerce initiatives through brainstorming, email marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, reporting, e-commerce and CMS administration, copywriting, social media, and video production. Collaborates with a mission-driven team to increase online engagement and support digital marketing strategy for a Christian publishing organization.

Supports Bible marketing through social media content creation, campaign ideation, content planning, trend and influencer research, competitive analysis, community engagement, and analytics reporting. The intern develops creative copy, graphics, and video concepts while helping strengthen awareness and engagement for Tyndale’s NLT and Bible brands. The role also provides general marketing team support and experience with social media and marketing platforms.

The internship provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and general HR processes in an on-site publishing environment.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for Bible brands across digital, social, email, retail, ministry, trade, and direct-to-consumer channels. Create messaging and content, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support product launches, analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and present plans at conferences and trade events. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, strong communication, and alignment with Tyndale’s Christian mission.

Graphic Design and Illustration Intern supporting illustrated books for children and adults. Responsibilities include developing illustration concepts, preparing artwork, designing social media projects, Bible designs, and book covers, and collaborating with creative, marketing, production, and publishing teams. The intern will receive mentorship, present a portfolio, and gain experience across the publishing process.
