Provide administrative support for purchasing and inventory: maintain records and audits, process new hire paperwork, coordinate vendor invoices and fleet service, prepare reports, and assist the Wholesale Purchasing team while handling confidential information.

Provide data entry and administrative support to the Purchasing Department: maintain purchasing records, audit reports and purchase orders, track deliveries, communicate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor outstanding orders, and assist with departmental projects.
