Lead ServiceNow technical architecture and development teams, define system strategy and standards (databases, integrations), advise on technology choices, manage scope/schedule, and assess feasibility for future projects while ensuring SDLC best practices.

Lead the technical buildout and modernization of Power Platform solutions including Power Pages, Model-driven and Canvas apps, and Power BI. Guide developers, perform code reviews, design advanced integrations, support sprint demos, and coordinate with PMs, architects, and clients to ensure correct data flows and integration.

Design, operate, and maintain secure CI/CD/DevSecOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) in government cloud (GovCloud/IL6+). Integrate static/dynamic analysis and vulnerability scanning, implement automated tests, manage cloud infrastructure and IaC, ensure compliance, and remediate security vulnerabilities. Requires Kubernetes expertise and technical documentation.

Lead cloud operations for a large-scale PeopleSoft ecosystem on OCI, managing upgrades, patching, performance, security/compliance (STIGs/RMF/FedRAMP), DR, incident response, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, mission-critical HR/pay systems.

Support end-to-end integration and configuration of Nuvolo and ServiceNow, manage CMDB governance and change requests, maintain CI data across Jira/Confluence/GitHub, support Agile/DevOps release management, and provide technical subject-matter expertise and documentation.
