Support and improve the enterprise Endpoint Privilege Management system: perform routine checks, support users, modify rules/policies, update client software, build and maintain self-service workstation deployments, and act as the solution SME.

Design, build, and configure Pega applications as a Senior System Architect. Translate business requirements into technical designs, develop data models, case flows, integrations, UI and rules, apply Pega best practices, support CI/CD and DevOps, troubleshoot lifecycle issues, ensure scalability/security, document solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Develop, integrate, and maintain software components including infrastructure and user interfaces. Translate system engineering designs into software, write clean code, create unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, integrate with APIs and databases, follow security best practices, document designs, and work within Agile teams.

Support DoD defensive cyber operations: assess network protections, analyze incidents, identify gaps, recommend policy and capability changes, support CSSP operationalization, provide situational awareness and reporting, and coordinate integration across stakeholders.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production ML models and end-to-end pipelines. Implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model versioning, registries, feature stores), monitor performance, troubleshoot model drift, and deploy/optimize solutions using cloud-native and container technologies.
