Designs, builds, tests, and supports integrations and reporting for Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS. Develops end-to-end OIC integrations, REST/SOAP adapters, file-based interfaces, BIP and OTBI reports, and PL/SQL data extracts. Validates in SIT/UAT, troubleshoots failures, and collaborates with functional teams to produce scalable technical designs and accurate operational/financial reporting.

Hands-on IAM engineer supporting enterprise identity lifecycle (JML), RBAC, and access certifications in a DoD environment. Implement and support SSO/federation and MFA, deploy and operate PAM (vaulting, JIT access, session monitoring), integrate IAM platforms with directories and applications, troubleshoot access, and ensure ICAM and Zero Trust compliance.

Perform OT/ICS security assessments using IEC 62443/NIST 800-82, conduct asset discovery and network/protocol analysis, evaluate IT-OT DMZs, use OT detection/monitoring tools, produce risk assessments and remediation roadmaps, and brief executive/mission partners on vulnerabilities and mitigation.

Design, code, test, and analyze SAP enterprise application changes using ABAP. Translate business requirements into technical designs, collaborate with functional consultants, prepare specifications and logic flowcharts, and mentor junior staff. Support budgeting, staffing, and work planning; may manage a small team.

Design, develop, and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, and APIs for zero trust authentication/authorization. Create documentation and developer guides, implement fine-grained authorization and logging (Splunk), conduct secure code reviews, support continuous monitoring and compliance (NIST/RMF/FedRAMP), and research emerging IAM and zero trust technologies.

Develop and configure Java-based applications and microservices across the stack. Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-quality solutions using Java frameworks, development tools, and databases. Collaborate in teams to deliver secure, high-quality software for federal clients and support CI/CD/DevSecOps practices.

Analyze CI/CD, project management, and log data to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities; build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI); quantify automation impact; present findings and document analytical processes.
