Write and optimize KQL, perform event/log and packet/malware analysis, maintain detection code in Git/GitHub, collaborate with network and ops teams, and ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST, CISA). Support triage, response, and technical briefings.

Design, operate, and optimize cloud platforms in a government hybrid Azure environment. Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of PaaS/IaaS services, support deployments, resolve platform-to-application integration issues, develop cloud reference architectures and roadmaps, and mentor junior staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business goals and support ML, data visualization, and event-driven architectures.

Maintain and enhance the Dagon full-stack solution working with the Lead Architect. Design and implement data layer, application code, UI, APIs and integrations, deploy and maintain cloud-hosted systems, and apply custom AI functionality. Work within Agile/Scrum processes.

Use client platform data to identify trends and actionable insights. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics; perform statistical and predictive analysis; validate data quality; integrate data sources; collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to optimize systems; evaluate tools and train users on analytics capabilities.

Lead design, build, and automation of secure, scalable hybrid cloud platforms on AWS. Implement IaC (Terraform), EKS-based container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, IAM controls, scripting automation, and DevSecOps practices to meet compliance (DISA STIGs) and enable development teams.

Manage and harden production Kubernetes clusters on AWS, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, build GitLab CI/CD pipelines, maintain container platforms and security (Keycloak, image hardening), implement observability (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki), troubleshoot platform issues, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with government frameworks.

Lead a DevSecOps team to design and implement automated DevSecOps toolchains in AWS, focusing on Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps and Helm. Mentor engineers using Agile, ensure security controls and Body of Evidence are current for ATOs, and support assessment/accreditation of national security systems.
