Process customer orders accurately in an Enterprise CRM and production schedule, verify order completeness, resolve discrepancies with departments, distribute documents, follow administrative procedures, assist sales/finance/marketing, handle multi-line phones, and perform related clerical duties while complying with company policies.

Perform efficient, accurate data entry and filing; support sales, finance, administration, and marketing; handle multi-line phones; input customer orders into cloud systems; cross-train to back up other positions.
