Provide programming and systems-analysis support for government contracts: design, develop, test and implement small systems/subsystems; create screens and reports; conduct feasibility analyses; produce documentation, forms and procedures. Work primarily in Ottawa for Canadian federal departments.

Provide administrative and technical project coordination support for government contracts: maintain documentation, track change requests, log and triage hotline calls, use MS Project and system tools, and communicate with technical and end users. Most work is expected in Ottawa for Canadian federal government clients.

Work with government clients to assess current processes, design future-state processes, recommend solutions, prototype options, estimate costs, document workflows, and use process and organizational modeling tools to eliminate redundancies.
