Leads the enterprise analytics and business intelligence function, overseeing Snowflake and Power BI strategy, data governance, KPI standardization, reporting, data quality, and executive decision support. Partners with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, IT, and practice leaders to reconcile and analyze financial, operational, clinical, workforce, and practice performance data. Builds scalable analytics processes, develops the analytics team, and advances self-service reporting across a growing multi-location healthcare organization.

Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental and medical providers to grow referral networks. Execute marketing, outreach, event coordination, territory planning, and data-driven referral strategies. Track referral activity, report results, support practice onboarding for new doctors, and represent the practice at community and professional events.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across business units—drive organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, talent management, compliance, and succession planning to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Support HR team with recruiting, onboarding (I-9 tracking), HRIS (Paylocity) administration, payroll/benefits reports, employee records, shared inbox monitoring, and general administrative projects.

Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and HR processes. Administer HR systems, produce dashboards and executive reports, lead process improvements, support audits, integrations, payroll/benefits, and HR projects.
