Own HR compliance, policies, and audits; manage employee lifecycle and HRIS data integrity; coordinate benefits, payroll, leave, and ERISA/Section 125 administration; lead safety, accommodation, and multi-state compliance; produce reports and partner with leaders to improve processes and reduce risk.

Serve as an HR business partner to clinic and shared services leaders, providing coaching, employee relations, performance and talent management, people analytics, change management, compensation guidance, and initiatives to improve organizational health, inclusion, and adoption of people systems. Lead investigations, support terminations, and design interventions to strengthen team dynamics and retention.
