The role partners with HR Business Partners and leaders, interprets engagement insights, designs and facilitates workshops, supports leadership development, and works with teams across New Zealand to strengthen workplace culture and inclusion.

Leads enterprise-wide digital, data, technology, and transformation strategy for New Zealand’s largest farming business. The role connects technology initiatives with commercial farm performance, sustainability, productivity, decision-making, and cyber resilience. Responsibilities include advancing AI, automation, connected technology, enterprise systems, and data-led tools; leading technology and transformation teams; partnering with executives, boards, farming teams, industry partners, and innovators; and supporting sector-wide initiatives such as the LIFT programme. Regular travel across farms and partner locations is required.
