Provide high-level administrative support to four Group Directors including diary and email management, travel planning, meeting coordination, minute-taking, preparing presentations/reports, managing action logs and KPIs, representing the business at events, and supporting implementation of business plans to improve efficiency and compliance.

Provide out-of-hours cover during night weekend shifts (3x12h) handling customer/contractor calls, logging incidents in Aspire, preparing detailed handovers, ensuring worker readiness and safety compliance, coordinating replacements, and collating HSQE briefs to support day teams.

Ensure business plans and KPIs are recorded and followed through, maintain confidential records, and support cross-group tasks to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Provide out-of-hours cover on weekend nights, handling customer and workforce calls, logging incidents and actions in Aspire, preparing handovers for day teams, checking night staff availability and PPE/tooling, investigating exceedances, and maintaining clear communication between departments, clients and workers to uphold safety and service standards.
