Train in standard sales and marketing systems, manage and develop sales & marketing associates, and transition from entry-level tasks to branch and market management for client accounts. Extensive training provided with progression toward Marketing Director roles.

Support development, production, and monitoring of marketing and communication content. Implement marketing plans, run demonstrations and on-site activations, support branding, advertising, trade shows, and events, and collaborate cross-functionally on media relations and business communications.

Meet with new and existing customers to deliver face-to-face sales presentations, manage accounts, understand product knowledge, and ensure client needs are met. Create positive customer experiences while learning sales, marketing, and business development through on-the-job training and mentorship. Role includes leadership growth and travel opportunities.
