Oversee and report on commercial credit activities, produce asset quality reports for management and boards, support CECL loss reserve inputs, advise lending staff as a Bank Credit Signer, and assist with appraisal/environmental programs and loan origination system enhancements.

Create, edit, and manage multi-channel content and communications across affiliated banks. Plan and maintain content calendars, support PR and media relations, develop internal communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in marketing intake and project prioritization to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging delivered on schedule.

Support centralized operational and financial functions for General Services by preparing variance reports, assisting budget and reforecast processes, validating invoices and contracts, maintaining vendor and lease documentation, tracking contract and lease terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards while liaising with Finance and vendors.
