Perform consultative solution selling, proposal and RFP preparation, market research, and collaboration with operations to ensure secure data destruction, equipment remarketing, logistics, and e-waste recycling. Meet sales quotas, maintain CRM records, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Serve as the primary strategic lead for Channel Partner accounts, ensuring customer success, project delivery oversight, commercial profitability, and account growth. Coordinate between partners, service delivery, sales, and PM teams; manage executive relationships, conduct reviews, identify risks, eliminate revenue leakage, and drive service adoption and expansion across IT asset lifecycle offerings.
