Partners with business leaders and employees on workforce effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organizational development, engagement, and compliance. Analyzes workforce metrics, conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports organizational change, and implements HR initiatives. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development teams. Primarily office-based, with regular facility presence and occasional travel between manufacturing or operational locations.

The role supports commissioning, testing, and field activities, with work performed in office and manufacturing environments and occasional travel required.

Serve as the company's technical accounting expert: research and apply GAAP, develop accounting policies, assess financial reporting impacts, support period-end close and journal entries, maintain internal controls, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Support HVAC product design by creating and updating 2D/3D CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs; assist engineers with design revisions, prototype testing, documentation, and continuous improvement; maintain design standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams; occasional travel for design validation.

Manage product development projects from initiation to launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Create project plans, allocate resources, mitigate risks, oversee quality assurance, lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and provide progress updates to the Director of Project Management.

Lead technical projects for HVAC equipment control solutions across the product development lifecycle. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication; support engineering on embedded control platforms, review control sequences, assist documentation/training teams, and ensure regulatory and quality alignment for product releases.

Lead administration and optimization of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. Configure systems, manage releases and integrations, lead testing/UAT, develop reports/analytics, ensure payroll compliance, troubleshoot issues, drive improvements, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.

Lead cross-system business analysis and backlog governance for Sales and Engineering platforms. Define end-to-end processes, data flows, and integrations across Teamcenter, SAP, Dynamics 365, and related systems. Govern ADO backlog, translate requirements into epics/features/stories, coordinate multiple product owners and technical teams, support testing and release readiness, and maintain integration documentation while driving delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Embedded on-site FP&A leader supporting plant leadership with driver-based budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, costing, inventory and capex support. Leads a small plant finance team, partners with Cost Accounting, Supply Chain and Engineering, ensures SOX-aware controls, drives cost reduction programs, and serves as primary finance escalation for the plant.

Design, test, and support electrical systems for HVAC products including schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional integration to meet safety and regulatory standards.
