Lead firmwide HR functions including talent management, engagement, retention, and compliance. Manage legal support staff, advise leadership on HR matters, develop policies, run recruiting/onboarding/offboarding, lead performance reviews and compensation discussions, implement development and diversity programs, and support firm events and training.
