Lead and manage the HR function including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, safety, compliance, payroll oversight, workers' compensation, leave administration, and performance management. Serve as primary HR advisor, supervise HR Administrator, improve HR processes, and support workforce planning, onboarding, and OSHA and safety activities to foster a productive, compliant workplace.

Serve as the companys front desk and primary contact for visitors, callers, vendors, and partners. Manage reception duties, phone and email triage, meeting scheduling, and conference room maintenance. Provide administrative support including ERP data entry, production documentation, reports, filing, and document control. Back up Customer Service and collaborate with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Management. Support company events and special projects as needed.
